Stephanie Meimann, C.Hom, RSHom

Hello! My name is Stephanie, and I am a homeopath who specializes in using LM potencies. I am recognized as an RSHom (overseas) from the Society of Homeopaths in the U.K. as well as an RSHom (NA) from the North American Society of Homeopaths. To receive the designation RSHom one must go through a rigorous vetting process to prove that your homeopathic education, experience, and practice meet the appropriate standard of excellence that is expected.

My Homeopathic education has included courses from the British Institute of Homeopathy under the direction of Maria Bohle. I also had the privilege of learning from Robin Murphy, ND who was a world-renowned homeopath and author with almost 50 years of experience. I completed this course at the Lotus Health Institute formerly known as the Hahnemann Academy of North America. This course gave me the designation of C.Hom. I am currently enrolled in a post graduate course with the Allen College of Homeopathy. I will complete this course in the fall of 2024 and receive the designation of P.G.Hom. In this course I have the great privilege of learning from the 5th generation homeopath Dr. Subrata K. Banerjea. Dr. Banerjea is an internationally respected Homeopath and author with over 40 years of experience. This additional course is fully recognized by the Homeopathic Medical Association of the United Kingdom.

In addition to these courses I had many hundreds of hours of internships to see real-world use of homeopathy. I have rounded out this education by studying Anatomy and Physiology under William Taylor, M.D. who is the rare combination of Medical Doctor and Homeopath. As a homeopath I am forever continuing to learn to make sure that I am providing the best care possible.

Prior to my entering homeopathic college, I worked in the medical field for over 15 years. I have always been the type of person to pitch in and help wherever it is needed. I was absolutely thrilled the first time the doctor asked me to take a patient back to an exam room! Soon after he told me he was willing to teach if I was willing to learn, I used this opportunity to be a sponge and soak up as much as possible. Due to my strong desire to help people, I really felt privileged to be able to be helping those who were not having their best day. Throughout my time in the medical field, I’ve had the unique opportunity to work in small offices where each person wears many hats and does many things, being able to work closely with the doctors and have them as my teachers has been an amazing experience, I will forever be grateful to these physicians for taking the time to spend one-on-one time with me.

I was first introduced to homeopathy when a family member gave us the gift of a homeopathic remedy kit. I used this kit for years treating my family for illness and injuries. My interest then grew as I personally benefited from the remedies treating chronic illness, where many other types of treatment had failed. The more I learned the more interested I became, so began the journey to become a homeopath. I love the personalization of homeopathy, that each person is treated as an individual. So many factors come into play when treating someone homeopathically, and you really get to know people and help them through what may be a difficult situation. The fact that I can help someone feel better really brings me joy!

When I am not seeing clients, you can usually find my husband and I outdoors either working or improving our photography skills. If you can’t find me outside check behind the drum kit! I absolutely love playing drums even if my cats would prefer that I did something quieter.
